Generative AI systems (including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity) operate probabilistically based on dynamic model weights and retrieval algorithms outside our direct control.

3. Client Responsibilities & Factual Accuracy

Clients must provide accurate, verifiable, and truthful information regarding their business, products, services, jurisdiction, and legal status. The Resets Company reserves the right to reject or remove content that contains misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful claims.

Clients retain ownership of their preexisting intellectual property, trademarks, and brand assets submitted to us for distributed publishing.

4. Editorial Independence & Disclosure

The Resets Company operates its distributed network under strict editorial integrity standards. Sponsored, commissioned, or client-provided content distributed to third-party or affiliated sector hubs is identified transparently. Paid placement is never represented as an independent editorial endorsement.

5. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, audit algorithms, proprietary scoring systems, website code, and visual identities (including the Aperture Reset mark) developed by The Resets Company are the exclusive property of The Resets Company and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability
